About Us
Path Alternative Care Services serves as a leading agency that provides direct services to individuals with complex care needs. PATH supports community agencies and families with managing children, youth and adults that struggle with behavioural, social, and emotional and mental health/illness diagnosis and development disabilities.
We're a team of professionals who understand that relationships are key and it's through these connections that we are able to work collaboratively with organizations, individuals and families to establish a shared understanding of what needs to be done. Our Associates can provide one to one or group support to clients who have complex care needs in foster care and treatment-based settings.
Respite Support
We support individuals living in community as well as family settings. Community integration allows individuals be engaged and provides them with opportunities to learn, work, and play alongside everyone else.
It helps them build practical life skills that leads to enhanced independence.
School/ Day Treatment Support
We work with students in classroom settings to build on their capacity to learn. By building on strengths, we promote and encourage healthy learning through individualized behaviour plans, student engagement, and peer supported activities.
